Solution: Teeth whitening, bonded porcelain veneers for upper lateral incisors, composite bonding to fix small defects in front teeth.

Discussion:

Orthodontic treatment was discussed as a possible solution for this case. We obtained a very attractive result with this conservative smile transformation-I really wanted to preserve Michelle’s beautiful central incisors rather than perform a more invasive treatment that involved veneers on more teeth.
