Situation: Repeated veneer failure(knocked off) of upper front teeth.
Solution: Porcelain veneers for 3 front teeth, teeth whitening, bite alignment, laser gum sculpting.
Discussion:
The underlying cause for repeated veneer failure was grinding problem that was worsened by a bite alignment problem. Once this was properly managed, the veneers had less of a force overload problem. The laser was used to sculpt gum tissue to provide symmetry to front teeth. An option for a 4th front tooth veneer was presented.
