Insurance

We recommend treatment based on what is best for your dental health. Many dental insurance plans that are selected by consumers have a maximum annual benefit of $1000.00. Therefore, once that dollar limitation is reached, no other services will be covered no matter how essential they may be. Additionally, some services that are typically not covered include cosmetic dentistry, implants and bite therapy. We are happy to discuss necessary treatment options and finances with you during a consultation prior to beginning your dental treatment. We will assist you in maximizing your benefits with your insurance carrier. We will complete and submit dental claims to your primary dental insurance carrier as a courtesy to you. Also as a courtesy to you, we will accept assignment of benefit from your insurance company whenever possible, collecting the appropriate copayment the day of treatment. In the event that your insurance company denies a claim, delays payment for greater than 60 days, or if benefits are less than anticipated, then our patients are responsible for settling their account.

Payment

We truly want our patients to have a healthy mouth and a beautiful smile. We offer different payment options to fit to each individual’s needs. We accept cash, check, debit and visa/mastercard for payment at the time of service or offer third party financing with CareCredit. Many patients find this last option useful for larger treatment plans.
