Situation: Small sized of front teeth, gaps/spacing at the edges, worn lower teeth edges.

Solution: Porcelain veneers upper front teeth, teeth whitening, composite bonding lower front teeth, comprehensive bite alignment.

Discussion:

Our patient desired brighter, straighter, larger teeth. Esthetic goals were accomplished nicely using porcelain veneers. A bite alignment was included in treatment to better control the excessive forces that contributed to the worn edges of the lower front teeth. An option to use orthodontics to help straighten teeth was presented.
